This isn’t a definitive no, but it should raise questions about the financial status of the business. Last but definitely not least, be sure to ask about a license and insurance. If the company is licensed, they should be able to provide a license number, and workers’ compensation insurance is also a must. If the roofing company meets these criteria, then there is a good chance that you are talking to the right people.
